"Our beliefs are very similar", says Cindy Szinegh, EXIT's Vice President of Corporate Services. "We both believe in giving a 'hand up' not a 'hand out' to people who want more in their lives. As EXIT provides a hand up to our Associates through training unmatched in the industry and the opportunity to enhance their income through residuals, Habitat gives a hand up by providing interest-free mortgages to qualified families who may not otherwise know the pride of home ownership". A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT International is applied to its charitable fund.
EXIT's culture at its finest- EXIT agents, brokers and regional owners from all across the country participated in the EXIT sponsored Habitat For Humanity build in Covington, Louisiana in conjunction with the recent NAR convention. This is EXIT's culture and synergy at it's very finest! Working together for a greater good is one of the hallmarks of the EXIT system.
A double serving of help to the community- EXIT sponsored the build of two Habitat For Humanity homes in Irvington, Alabama during February of 2007. Agents, brokers, regional owners and friends from through out Alabama, Louisiana and Florida and several other states and Canada contributed to this great blitz build! EXIT Realty Alabama appreciates all of the effort that contributed to the rapid build of these two homes!
